FAQ

  • What is supervised visitation?

Supervised visitation ensures a child can safely spend time with a parent under the observation of a trained professional. Our goal is child safety, emotional well-being, and fostering healthy parent-child interactions.

  • Where do visits take place?

Visits occur at neutral locations, CAAS offices, or other court-approved sites.

  • What is special education advocacy?

Advocacy supports parents in navigating IEPs, 504 Plans, and school services to ensure children receive legally mandated accommodations.

  • How can an advocate help?

We help families interpret evaluations, attend meetings, negotiate services, and hold schools accountable for appropriate support.

  • Are your services confidential?

Supervised Visitation: Supervisors observe visits to ensure child safety and emotional well-being. Notes and reports are shared only with authorized parties, usually the court or attorneys involved. Families can trust that visits are documented objectively and professionally.

Advocacy Services: Communication with your advocate, including meetings, evaluations, and strategy discussions, is private. Information is only shared when necessary for legal, educational, or court purposes—such as submitting an IEP report, providing documentation to a school, or complying with a court order.

  • How much do your services cost?

Our fees are standard, clearly outlined upfront, and designed to be fair and competitive with other agencies. We are committed to providing high-quality support at reasonable rates. You’ll receive a detailed service agreement before starting, so there are no surprises.
